Project Description: Conversion of Matlab algorithms for ALS XTalk calibration algorithm to IPL (Image Processing Pipeline). Responsibilities: Convert Matlab algorithms into their equivalent C++ implementation. Integrate legacy Matlab algorithms into an existing C++ codebase, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality. Develop and maintain unit tests to provide comprehensive code coverage. Implement correlation tests to validate the accuracy and correctness of the converted IPL algorithm outputs by comparing them to Matlab outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and smooth transition from Matlab to C++. Debug and troubleshoot any issues during the conversion process to ensure reliable and accurate outputs. Document the process, including algorithm conversion methodologies, testing procedures, and results. Skills: Must have: Hands-on experience in developing production software, architecting algorithms or equivalent. Application programming in C++ (5 years of experience). MATLAB experience. Experience in sensor calibration (IMU, Camera, Depth Sensor). Nice to have: Good fundamental knowledge and problem-solving skills in engineering. Some background in Linear Algebra and Optimization. Hands-on, self-motivated, independent, and dedicated. Ability to work well in a diverse, collaborative, and dynamic environment. Languages: English B2 J-18808-Ljbffr
