CAD DESIGN FOR WIRING HARNESS DEVELOPMENTI

n the area of

Wirining Harness,

main tasks and responsibilities of the job typically include:KnKnow how to use CAD systems for wiring design, using specific tools. Study of layout and packaging for electrical wiring. Studies of fastening systems for wiring installation (clips, channels, cable guides, gaskets, etc.

)In particular dedicated to the development for routing and installation of cables on vehicles and engines, using CA

D CATIA w

ith WIRING application. Development on 3D and possibly also the part relating to 2D layouts.

Desired knowledge of applications useful for 2D drawing of electrical diagramsAbility to analyze the geometric and installation problems of the particular component such as the cable.

Study appropriate solutions, analyzing the assembly process of the component during vehicle assembly. Have experience in design and process for wiring developmentCollecting the Platform information (Program Planning/Trim level grid/ Cost and weight Target)Working closely with Engineering Specialist Project Chief in order to scheduling all the activitiesDetermining the best solution in terms of costs/quality in accordance to Product Manufacturing

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Knowledge of automotive electrics and related integration issues. Knowledge of Excel programCAD competence in Wiring Harness activities in 2D/3D environment (CATIA - PRO_E - Capital Harness. . )

SOFT SKILLS:

Ability to work in team and to organize complex tasksFocus on technical detailsAbility to work in multi-cultural teamsGood problem solving capabilityFluent Italian and EnglishGerman (even basic) is appreciated but not mandatory

EDUCATION:

Technical or professional diploma in electrical / electrotechnical / IT or mechanical environment
