Calibration EngineerPosto: 40121, BolognaCalibration EngineerSede di lavoro: 40121, BolognaActivities:Calibration and Optimization:Calibrate software to achieve optimal comfort, performance, and reliability;Conduct setup and testing on engine benches, dynamic rollers, and stationary platforms;Collaborate in redacting technical software specifications to enhance system performance;Develop calibration automation tools using specialized software (e. g.

MATLAB). Testing and Analysis:Perform test sessions on road, track, and in controlled laboratory environments;Analyze and process data from tests using MATLAB and AVL Concerto;Create visual representations of calibration data and produce detailed reports. Technical Coordination:Interface with technical representatives from suppliers to address and resolve software-related issues;Work closely with the application team to integrate specific calibration packages into broader system configurations. Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with excellent academic results;At least 3 years of experience in calibration and system optimization for gasoline engine or transmission applications;Experience and knowledge of calibration tools (INCA) and modeling software (MATLAB);Familiarity with ETAS tools and systems, as well as control systems;Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;Fluent in English (spoken and written);Advanced motorcycle license (A3) and skilled riding experience.
