You'll play a crucial role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service!Get ready to:implement sales plans for Balcia's communication and property products, ensure the customer's comfort while shopping for Balcia products on the website, use various communication channels, e. g.

chat, telephone, e-mail, negotiate with the customer and build a relationship with them, support the customer in their purchasing decisions, take part in interesting and challenging sales projects. To fit in here you'll need:experience in sales, ability to negotiate effectively and build relationships with clients, great communication skills, commitment, friendliness, and a positive attitude, at least a high school diploma and no criminal record, knowledge of English (reading comprehension, basic customer service).
