NoOffer DescriptionThe project aims to explore thematic clusters for the protection of the EU's financial interests (FI) under the umbrella term "coordination".

The work will include a comparative analysis of the EU Member States' anti-fraud legal framework (focus on Belgium) and a comparative empirical research on the EU anti-fraud legal framework.

The research activity will focus on EU fraud involving funds supporting the Criminal sector, taking into account Administrative law aspects as well.

Each resource will work in a group with a senior resource on the project.

Presence in Rome (Luiss campus) is not requested. Minimum RequirementsFour-year and/or master's degree in law, obtained from an Italian university or a foreign university in the EUExcellent knowledge of written and spoken English - indicate in the CV the level held, any certifications, and any publications in EnglishThe following requirements will be positively evaluated:An academic title of PhD, obtained both in Italy and abroad, consistent with the objectives of the BETKONEXT project or a scientific professional curriculum suitable for carrying out research activities;Scientific publications;Documentable research activity at public and private entities with contracts, scholarships or assignments, both in Italy and abroad;Documentable scientific-professional curriculum suitable for conducting research activities;Linguistic certificates (English and the relevant foreign language for the case study). Specific RequirementsMaximum age of 40 yearsHold Italian citizenship (Italians who do not belong to the Republic are treated as Italian citizens) or citizenship of one of the Member States of the European Union, or citizenship of a third countryEnjoy their civil and political rightsNot have a criminal record and not be the addressee of measures concerning the application of preventive measures, civil decisions and administrative measures entered in the criminal records database;Be aware that they are not undergoing criminal proceedings.
