Responsibilities include:Extraordinary customer service and sales. Identifying opportunities and collaborating with others in order to grow the business or improve performance. Consistently fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner. Ensuring "door to floor" best practices, visual merchandising directives, and standards for sales floor and back room are being executed; continually reviewing standards to ensure clear and consistent execution. Analyzing store and personal KPIs to improve results. Making commitments and decisions on available information even under stressful and changing conditions. Creating energy and excitement around shared goals and values. About YOUPreferably you#39;ll have:A minimum of 2 years of retail experience, but not a requirement. Experience in delivering a high level of customer service in a brand retailer is essential. Personal skills:You are an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease and have great people skills. You are a team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others. You work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace. You are energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor. Languages:Highly proficient in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
