**Profile

- The Role:

The CAM Growth Team Leader will be working reporting to the Head of Asset Management in the country and hold the key responsibility of leading the CAM Growth team on the PV Assets Technical Assessment during the acquisitions.

You will lead, assist and work together with the external technical advisor ("TA") during elaboration of TA's DD, drive and in case perform an agreed selection of site visits, if necessary, together with the TA, O&M, E&C.

You will help in writing the Investment Committee report and review with their team all the documentation available in the seller's Dataroom, especially the Construction, Operation and technical/admistrative permits documents, Grid connection document-permits-design, compliance with GSE rules, Warranties and opened and historical claims.

The CAM Growth Team Leader will deal with E&C and O&M functions for revamping, constructions, yield assessment, spares, contracts assessment, Opex and capex assumptions and provide and update a summary of the "PV Assets Technical Assessment", based on the template provided by Company and taking in consideration the TA technical report, containing.

You will provide an executive summary report detailing the work executed, the work planned and support to the asset management activities related to the Sonnedix's portfolio and/or the integration team in case.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in the Italian photovoltaic/renewables and electricity market

- Good relationship builder with excellent communication skills

- Excellent knowledge of modern PC software and communication tools e. g.

Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Strong language skills in spoken and written English
