Tenuta Adamo Winery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Runner for the busy summer.

In this role, you will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and provide exceptional support in various tasks.

Your teamwork and commitment to maintaining high standards will contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for our valued guests.

- A basic level of english is preferred: majority of guests are english speaking. _

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Kitchen Manager with preparation, ensuring food trays are prepped and delivered for the day's operations.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.

- Support the staff during tour time by preparing and cleaning the patio area, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests.

- Ensure refilled water, food, bread bowls, and oil are readily available for guests at all times and brought to them upon need

- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

- Communicate and coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.

- Embrace a proactive approach to identify and assist with any additional tasks or areas of need

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fast paced / restaurant environment or a related role is appreciated

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

- **Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with others.
