We are looking for a brilliant and motivated Campaign Activation Specialist for Lombardia, also including coverage of the province of Piacenza.
You will contribute, focused on key strategic priorities (crop protection, digital, new business model, Dekalb), to transfer the national Crop Marketing plan to the territory.
This will be done by considering the potential of the territory and tailoring activities in collaboration with local colleagues and relevant Opinion Leaders.
**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Defines along with Territory Sales Manager and Key account Manager the territory plan in order to implement the marketing strategy at territory level: participates actively in the implementation of the main actions and ensures the initiative tracking through the CRM (SFDC)
- Discovers and communicates new business opportunities detected in the field, acting as key marketing contact, in accordance with sales tactical plans and ensuring execution at territory level.
- Monitors market needs to support Marketing Development and Grower and Channel Manager in positioning our solutions
- Receives from MD / DFS the technical arguments to prepare the communication levers useful to transmit our innovation both to the Territory Team and to the local market
- He/she is the reference of the most important KOLs in the area, with the aim of making them testimonials of our innovation
- Coordinates the implementation of supply chain projects in the assigned territory and establishes tailored value propositions in collaboration with market development.
- Supports the Technical Sales Representative and the Field Agent in the management of the most complex complaints and in corporate stewardship activities
- Captures and analyzes the interests of customers (channel partners/growers/influencers) by providing input on the feasibility of the marketing strategy
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Master's Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration (MBA)
- At least 3 years commercial (sales or marketing) experience with success track record in a major multinational crop science company
- Highly commitment, determination to achieve results, sourcing improvement and experimenting new ideas
- Deep understanding and technical knowledge of the agriculture sector and local market landscape across all portfolio areas
- Proven ability to assess external market factors, major competitive drivers, and key trends to secure competitive advantage
- Data driven, natural skills for software management and IT & Digital tools knowledge
- Strong customer focus mindset
- Excellent communication skills: capacity to engage, explain and share good practice to territory colleagues and to stakeholders
- Fluency in Italian and in English
