**Your role as a team leader**:

As a team leader, you and the campsite employees are responsible for the ultimate holiday experience of our guests who stay at the campsite.

Entertaining the guests gives you a huge dose of energy, you know how to go the extra mile to exceed the expectations of our guests.

You are responsible for the team you work with, you know how to motivate your team and give feedback where necessary.

You provide support to your team with their daily tasks.

Think about; cleaning activities, welcoming and waving goodbye to our guests and providing them information.

You are also involved in solving problems and complaints and preparing and planning maintenance during the season.

**What do we expect from you as a Camping Team Leader?

- Good knowledge of the English language (Spoken and Written).

Dutch / French / German / Italian is an advantage;

- Experience in the hospitality sector;

- People Management experience;

- Lead and motivate a team;

- Administration skills;

- Communication skills.

**What we will offer you**:

- Travel allowance for the outward and return journey;

- We compensate the kilometers based on the shortest route via the ANWB route planner (€ 0. 19 per KM) + toll and vignette costs for flight/train/bus tickets including spacious luggage

- One day off per week;

- Introductory training assessed;

- Guidance from a local administrator (English speaking);

- Dutch contract;
