What you will need to succeed:Master's degree in communication or marketingFluent in Italian and English, both written and oralGood knowledge of Office tools (in particular Excel and PPT)Good knowledge of Photoshop and video editingBasic knowledge of HTML preferredStrong motivation with good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitudeAttention to details and strong analytical skillsCurious and thinking outside the boxTasks During Internship:Conducting marketing research on the digital external landscape in relation to app initiatives, marketing retail projects, and external media advertisingCreating short videos and "wow" presentations for internal and external events/meetingsPreparing website/app texts and images, ensuring that every content is up to dateDesigning and executing partner presence on PAYBACK channels (website, app, Newsletter, and more) and PAYBACK presence on partners' website, optimizing UXChecking data and comparisons on the data. ai toolPreparing Adobe tracking and monitoring resultsDeclining website and app imagesCreating and/or upgrading website and app creativityThe intern will be able to understand and learn to work in a dynamic working environment, collaborating closely with different teams, and she/he will be able to deepen digital marketing contents, such as content management and story-telling skills.
