American Express, a global leader in payment services, is looking for a university or master student in Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field of study, for an internship in our Digital Marketing team in PAYBACK, the leading multi-loyalty program and multichannel marketing platform belonging to the American Express Group.

What you will need to succeed: Master's degree in communication or marketing Fluent in Italian and English, both written and oral Good knowledge of Office tools (in particular Excel and PPT) Good knowledge of Photoshop and video editing Basic knowledge of HTML preferred Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Curious and thinking outside the box Tasks During Internship: Conducting marketing research on the digital external landscape in relation to app initiatives, marketing retail projects, and external media advertising Working on short videos and presentations for internal and external events/meetings Preparing website/app texts and images, ensuring that all content is up to date Designing and executing partner presence on PAYBACK channels (website, app, newsletter, and more) and PAYBACK presence on partners' websites, optimizing UX Checking data and comparisons using the data. ai tool Preparing Adobe tracking and monitoring results Declining website and app images Creating and upgrading website and app creativity The intern will be able to understand and learn to work in a dynamic working environment, collaborating closely with different teams, and will be able to deepen digital marketing content, such as content management and storytelling skills.
