American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for a university or master studentto support theMarketingOperations team in PAYBACK, the leadingmulti-loyalty program and multichannel marketing platform, belonging to the American Express Group.

What you will need to succeed

You are astudent or new graduateinEconomics, Digital Marketing, Engineering

Fluent in Italian, English, both written andoral;

Good knowledge of Office tools (in particular Exceland PPT);

Excellent communicationskills;

Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills andteamworkattitude;

Attention to details and strong analyticalskills;

Curiosityand time management

He/she will be involved in the followingactivities: 

Supporting analysis and reporting activities related to all Operations dimensions, including Voice of the Customer results 

Supporting in Complaints Analysis, Reporting and Tracking activity

Leading one special projectin Marketing Service (optional)

Supporting Operations team in Campaign Management activities with focus on website and app advertising testing and go live

Performing qualityassurance and testing for Direct E-mail Marketing (DEM)

Overseeinginvoice management and cost allocation for external vendors

Theinternwill be able to understand and learnhowto work in a dynamic working environment, collaborating closely with different teams, whiledeepeningmarketing contents, such ascampaign set up, campaignautomation, AD server performance enhancement, and Customer Service Quality performance.
