PAYBACK Italy is looking for a university or master student in Economics, Marketing&Salesfor an internship in our Partner Management team.
Working closely with the PAYBACK Partners Managers to support in the Partners Relationships development.
Acting as an operational extension of the Partner Management Team in the efficient management of commercial activities, Customer marketing plans, in handling any complaint, in collecting and analyzing data, in assisting in administrative activities. He/she will be involved in the following activities: Support the Partner Manager Team for onboarding and integrating new Customers or developing relationships with existing Customers to achieve revenue and marketing goalsManage business-as-usual CRM plans under the coordination of the Partner ManagerContribute to specific projects on an ad hoc basis, work with cross-functional CRM/Marketing/Services teams to help implement Partners action plansOrganize Partner review meetings to discuss updates and contribute to the follow-up of actionsHelp to monitor reporting and process billing efficientlySupport the Partner Manager Team to organize periodic internal and external ppt presentations Support the Partner Manager Team with xls reporting and ad hoc analysis Support the Business Development team in managing presentation and analysis/benchmarking for the prospectWhat you will need to succeedMasters degree in Economics or MarketingUnderstanding of marketing/sales and creative mindsetFlexibility in dealing with multiple tasks and projectsAbility to push and drive projects forward with autonomyAbility to build positive relationship with assigned PartnersExcellent communications and presentation skillsFluent in English both written and oralGood knowledge of Office tools (in particular Excel and PPT);Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude;More information:Location: MilanStarting Date: 7 April 2025Duration: 6 months internship + with potential 6 months renewalHours: 39 hours per weekWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
