Job Description: As a Guest Relation Agent , you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that each guest receives the highest level of service.

You will be responsible for informing the clients daily about their programs, addressing their needs Your role will also involve managing guest feedback, resolving concerns, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities: -Creating whatsapp groups with guest -Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

-Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.

-Ensure that all guest experiences are of the highest quality.

-Provide personalized service, anticipating guest needs and preferences.

-Manage and resolve guest complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests are met.

Requirements: - Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
