About the jobs: Be the main contact of our potential clients adopting a consultative sales approach and guide prospects by actively driving the sales process WITHOUT PROSPECTING.

Concretely, you will:

Become an expert at using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledge.

Handle the entire sales cycle without prospecting for new customers.

Receive leads, engage and qualify prospects.

Analyze customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points.

Provide customers with a tailor-made demonstration of the software.

Create customized offers and negotiate contract terms.

Manage the closing of the account and after-sales period.

Account Manager: Nurture long-term relationships with our clients and:

Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy.

Analyze and understand in depth your customers' IT projects: you will be their Odoo sales expert!

Identify potential/incentive future sales: increase your customers' use of the solution by offering them the right package in Odoo.

Demonstrate the product (new apps, features) and new versions to end-users.

Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions.

Business Analyst: Engage with clients to implement Odoo across various apps!

This role includes tasks like:

Analyzing client needs and suggesting solutions.

Delivering personalized training sessions.

Playing a key role in supporting the growth of our partner network, coaching partners worldwide, and handling long-term projects.

Working on diverse projects simultaneously.

Never stop learning!

Experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, e-commerce, or Marketing is a plus, enhancing your ability to implement Odoo comprehensively.

Field experience and a few years of expertise are valued for this dynamic role.

MUST HAVE: Fluent in Italian (C2) and English Work permit in Italy 0-3 years of experience Bachelor's or Master's degree Knowledge and/or experience in the field Ability to learn and evolve quickly NICE TO HAVE: Self-management and organization.
