Capability Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with Global Oncology Training and Development to build or customize existing training materials and frameworks
- Proactively liaise and collaborate with BBU counterpart to co-create, share and develop capabilities development plans for AZ
- Periodically assess employees' skills and identify areas of improvement
- Stay up to date and source best-in-class practices from both in-industry and other industries to develop functional capabilities
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and external experts/consultants to develop new competencies and skills.
- Deliver training on new capabilities, ensuring optimal roll-out, and follow up, designing engaging training programs and leveraging on new technologies and omnichannel possibilities
- Drive enhanced performance management and coaching of managers' direct reports
- Drive enhanced understanding and use of brand services and tools
- Pilot and scale up the upskilling of the organization on new competencies, developing internal advocates and champions
- Help develop ad hoc training programs to support change management
- Inform strategic and tactical brand planning
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in scientific field or any relevant degrees related to the specific requirements of the role
- At least 5 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical field; previous training experience is preferred
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Digital mindset and approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning and time management competencies
- Strong collaboration, cross-functional and teamworking skills
- Proactivity and enthusiasm
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
- Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods
