Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Capacity Restriction Management **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Logistic Program Planning.

You will have the responsibility for long term planning of all production volumes and modules in SAP and other systems, management of internal and external capacity and restrictions to assure production plans and launch curves (capacity and restriction management meetings), bringing these topics forwards in inter-functional meeting between sales, R&D and purchasing.

We are looking for a digital mindset, which can support digitalization/IT projects and creation of new processes to manage complexity.

Long Term Planning:

- Long term planning and re-planning (12 -18 Months):

- Long Term planning in SAP and group systems based on monthly PO model mix and valid restrictions for all models.

- Maintenance and control of LTP for subassemblies production plans.

- Organizing and leading inter-functional capacity and restriction management meetings for all models: control and update internal and external restrictions, escalate problems to Vehicle Project Team if necessary

- Analysis and simulations regarding capacity increases, launch curves and production plans.

- Collaboration and benchmarks on topics related to restriction capacity with group plants

IT Logistic Projects:

- Digitalization of current processes, description of new processes regarding restriction management and vehicle management

- Description of the IT project contract together with colleagues from Logistics and IT

- Control of milestones, plausibility, and implementation of the Project (from testing up to go live and post go live problem solving)

**About you

- University Degree in Engineering

- At least 2-4 years' experience as Production Planner or Sales Planner

- Fluent English, German will be considered a plus
