Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their procurement operations teams. You will bring your CAPEX category management expertise to the global team and ensure the procurement efficiency of this category for the Italian plant. Essentially, you will: Pilot the market intelligence, grasp market and supply trends, taking into account rules and regulations and anticipate and warn the top management for any market disruption. Pilot the procurement process of each and every investment project, guiding and advising your internal clients on the best practices. Manage at 360° your panel of suppliers, from contracting to evaluation. Manage a proper reporting at all levels. Communicate efficiently about your actions and results with the plants and top management. Spread and operate procurement best practices and policies throughout the company. This is you if: You have an experience in CAPEX Category Management of at least 10 years. You have a perfect understanding of cross organizational processes and collaborations. You can demonstrate great networking, collaboration and influence skills and are not afraid to handle uncomfortable discussions. You have a master's degree.
