Job Title: CAPEX Procurement Manager Location: Pescara, Italy (with home office flexibility) Company Overview: Join a high-performing team at a leading FMCG company known for its innovative solutions. Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Capex Procurement Manager to oversee both Capex and project-based indirect categories across 20 plants in the region. This role is crucial for managing Capex, temporary labor, facilities management, fleet, and other indirect projects. You will work closely with key stakeholders, ensuring efficient procurement processes and contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage Capex spend for 20 plants. Oversee project-based indirect categories, including temporary labor, facilities management, and car fleet management. Collaborate with budget holders and key stakeholders to ensure effective procurement strategies. Ensure smooth implementation of procurement processes and contribute to transformation initiatives. Report directly to the Procurement Director, managing a team of 5 based in France and 1 in Germany. Requirements: Proven experience in indirect procurement, particularly in Capex and project-based categories. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with engineers, site directors, and top management. Commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills. Experience in a similar company or FMCG industry environment is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in English; fluency in Italian is not necessary, but advantageous. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
