Minimum Requirements:Diploma or qualification in the hotel sectorFluent in Italian languageExperience in the role of at least two years gained in gourmet/starred restaurants, RC and/or 4/5* hotelsGood competence in the preparation of fresh and stuffed pasta, experience in handling fish and meatComplete the profile: learning speed, flexibility, dedication to work, cleanliness and order, passion, team spiritPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
