In agreement and under the supervision of the Chef, the responsibilities include:
Care for the basic preparations, leavened products, bread and croissants, cakes, tarts, and desserts on the plate. Choose ingredients respecting established quality standards. Measure doses following prescribed procedures. Be responsible for running your own game. Minimum requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in luxury facilities of the same level. Good knowledge of the basic techniques of Italian cuisine. Compliance with workplace and personal hygiene standards. Reliability, responsibility, and passion. Propensity to work in a team. Possession of HACCP certification.
