We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Pastry Chef (Capo Pasticcere) for Zuma Italy. As the Head Pastry Chef, you'll take charge of the pastry department, blending creativity with leadership to deliver an unforgettable end to the Zuma dining experience. The Head Pastry Chef will train and inspire your team to deliver our consistently high standards, our desserts are more than just the final course—they're a celebration of a shared dinning experience. Oversee the department's operating costs, manage budgets efficiently, and implement strategies to minimize waste. Develop new pastry offerings and regularly update dishes to enhance the selection, reflecting Zuma's creativity and flair. Supervise food preparation and storage practices, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. Train and mentor pastry team members, fostering proficiency in techniques, equipment use, and recipe execution. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to support team growth, morale, and productivity.
