Job DescriptionA 35m motor yacht offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Captain to join a professionally run yacht with exciting travel plans and a supportive team environment.

Captain RoleStarting as soon as found with 1 month handover.

Actively used during the summer season (May–September) for cruising the Balearic Islands, Italy, France, and Greece.

The yacht also hosts events such as parties in destinations like Cannes, Ibiza, and Mykonos.

Winter base is in Alcudia, Mallorca, with planned winter works starting April 3rd in Adriano.

Responsibilities: Oversee the yacht's busy summer schedule with continuous navigation, 1-2 anchorages per day, and port stays at night. Lead a tight-knit crew, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. Maintain the yacht in top condition, coordinating with the First Officer for on-call rotations during base port stays.

Requirements: Must be qualified to operate a 280GT yacht. Intermediate Spanish is preferred, but English is mandatory. Tattoos should not be visible in uniform; smoking is discouraged in the workplace.
