What You'll Do
You will join BCG's Milan HR team as part of the wider EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) Talent Management function, with a particular focus on Career Development. You will monitor career development processes, supervising internal tools, and analyzing relevant trends and data in performance management. Collaborating with senior colleagues, you will contribute to improve career development plans, performance evaluations, ensuring smooth and impactful talent management operations.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics and/or previous HR experience will be considered as a plus);
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
- People-oriented approach, a strong attitude to be part of a people-oriented organization;
- Proactive and positive attitude;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good teamworking skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization;
- Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to high-quality results;
**YOU ARE GOOD AT
- Understanding HR processes and procedures, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting your core HR team processes, from an operational perspective;
- Distilling key messages from numerical data;
- Supporting in evaluations processes of the Consulting Team;
- Planning, organizing and following-up on short-term priorities;
- Interacting with senior colleagues and relevant stakeholders establishing a collaborative work environment.
