Job DescriptionEstablish and maintain professional, one-on-one relationships with participants to assess career interests, skills, and barriers to employment. Guide participants in career exploration, job search strategies, and goal-setting to align with their skills and aspirations. Conduct individualized assessments to determine work readiness and develop action plans for employment success. Provide consistent case management, ensuring that participants receive ongoing support, referrals, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate and detailed case notes on all participant interactions, ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Track participant progress, document milestones, and address any challenges that arise in their employment journey. Ensure participants follow through with planned activities and employment-related commitments. Collaborate with educational institutions, training providers, and employers to connect participants with relevant opportunities. Assist participants in accessing support services, including transportation, childcare, and other resources needed to sustain employment. Accurately complete all enrollment documentation and ensure compliance with funding agency requirements. Monitor and report participant attendance, engagement, and outcomes, developing solutions for any participation barriers. Support intake processes and ensure compliance with program standards and expectations. Identify operational challenges and collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements. Participate in community outreach events to promote program awareness, build partnerships, and engage potential participants. Provide operational and administrative support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:This role requires a detail-oriented, adaptable professional who is passionate about helping individuals navigate career opportunities while ensuring program compliance, participant success, and community engagement. Bachelor's degree in education, social services, workforce development, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in career counseling, case management, workforce development, or related fields. Strong participant engagement and career exploration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide individuals toward meaningful employment. Highly organized with the ability to establish rapport with participants and maintain a structured caseload. Ability to meet strict deadlines, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate strong time management skills. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to maintain detailed case notes and ensure compliance with program requirements. Strong ability to track and monitor participant progress, identifying challenges and developing solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and Metrix for documentation, reporting, and tracking. Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions and reporting. Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage a caseload of participants. Experience working with diverse populations and addressing employment barriers. Customer service experience required.
