**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- EU Passport or valid Italian working visa.

**- Strong communication skills and self-awareness.

**- Fluent English speaker (C1-level).

**- Relevant Special Education BA or Master's Degree.

**- Previous Special Education Needs (SEN) experience (3+ years).

Main Tasks

1.

**Administer Aptitude and Achievement Assessments**:

- Utilize various standardized tests and assessments to help students evaluate their interests, skills, and abilities.

- Interpret assessment results to guide students in understanding their strengths and areas for development.

**Provide College Information and Guidance**:

- Offer comprehensive information about colleges, including admission requirements, programs offered, campus culture, and financial aid options.

- Assist students in researching and selecting colleges that align with their academic and personal goals.

**Motivate Students to Improve Grades**:

- Identify students who need academic support to meet college admissions requirements.

- Develop personalized strategies and action plans to help students improve their grades.
