We have an opening in our Global Research department at Syngenta Biologicals headquarters. _
**_What do we require? _
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. _
- Specific expertise in formulation, with at least 1 year of experience. _
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumental techniques such as HPLC, UV, atomic absorption, and chromatographic techniques. _
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office. _
- Good command of English. _
**_What will your responsibilities be? _
- As an Incremental Formulation Assistant at Syngenta Biologicals, you will:_
- Formulate new products, enhance existing ones, and assess shelf life for prototypes under supervision. _
- Implement strategies to recover non-compliant products. _
- Assist in liaising with the Regulatory Affairs department regarding the registration process of actives and co-formulants. _
- Contribute to scouting and identifying novel raw materials. _
- Establish process specifications for prototypes and evaluate sample batch productions. _
- Provide detailed reports on research data and scientific activities. _
