**_Responsibilities:_
- _Ensure the reliability of production and distribution plants/machines. _
- _Identify assets requiring replacement and tasks related to modernization, updates, and upgrades. _
- _Develop and monitor performance KPIs related to asset reliability. _
- _Plan and execute ordinary maintenance in accordance with scheduling and technical safety regulations. _
- _Coordinate emergency and extraordinary maintenance operations promptly. _
- _Ensure the efficiency and reliability of equipment/machines. _
- _Propose improvements in health, safety, and environmental aspects. _
- _Support spare parts warehouse management. _
- _Manage relationships with external suppliers. _
- _Assist in managing contracts and tenders for spare parts, maintenance services, and investments. _
- _Support the purchase of maintenance materials, equipment, and tools. _
**_Requirements:_
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. _
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance roles within multinational companies. _
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance practices in production industries. _
- Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS. _
- Fluent in English. _
