Responsibilities Manage the retail merchandising strategy for the assigned categories at worldwide level Manage the buying for the European stores Manage the budgets ensuring an effective allocation of resources Work closely with the collection merchandising, the visual merchandising and the retail operations' teams to maximise the shopping experience and therefore sales and profitability Manage the relationship with the markets, collecting feedbacks, analysing specific needs in terms of assortment/trends/positioning and implementing solutions to improve the local performance Conduct analysis (sell-in, sell-out, stock, etc. )
