The figure will join the Career Service Unit located in Milan that provides internship and placement opportunities for Italian and international students of NABA with companies of Art & Design sector.

- Identifies, develops and maintains relations with companies in order to guarantee internship and placement opportunities.

Promotes the placement services to the students by means of a presentation at the beginning of academic year; recruits the student for internship opportunities offered by external firms.

- Assures the organization of the placement events (Talent Harbour, Campus Recruiting Days) to promote student visibility.

- Contributes to the efficiency of web-based platform (NABASymplicity) and the front end services for both the companies and alumni related to the internship / placement information.

Supports and verifies the correct uploading of student's CV's and portfolios to the platform.

- Assures the development of the Alumni network by maintaining relations, updating the internal database, mailing lists and organizing dedicated events.

Chooses the best Alumni to be included as testimonials during enrolments and placement events.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

Work location: Milano

University Degree in Humanities like HR, Labor Psychology or Law.

C1 level of English

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially)

Previous short professional experience in recruiting, front office with international students is desirable

Highly motivated, customer-oriented, precise, team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
