Career Service Specialist (Temporary)
From Grupo Planeta , we're looking for a dynamic Career Center Specialist (temporary) who focuses on campus recruitment and career orientation, for our Rome Business School , from the division Planeta Formación y Universidades.
This role is pivotal in demonstrating the unique value of our programs and driving students in enrichment of skills, approaches and tools aimed at fostering student's awareness and enhance their readiness in take job opportunities, accordingly with the students' aspirations, helping them make the most of the knowledge and capabilities.
What would be your main responsibilites?
Help students define their career goals and provide achievable opportunities in line with their seniority and aspirations.
Coordinate delivery of Career Workshops and Company Meetings with current Employability Partners.
Create networking opportunities to foster new professional relationships between companies and students.
Organization of career events and projects (annual and monthly).
Proactively enhance employer relations & partnership with Employability Partners Collaborate closely with teammates and managers to meet weekly and monthly targets.
Consistently demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach in the daily routine.
What would we like to see in your CV?
Preferred background: Bachelor/Master Degree (HR, Economics, Humanities, Linguistics, International Relations, or similar).
Experience in career coaching/Higher Education sector/areas of HR is a strong plus.
Italian Fluent/Mother Tongue, English minimum C1.
Experience in recruitment, career advising and HR.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions.
Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and teamworking focus.
Target-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
