Careers Service & Industry Relation Specialist
Job summary
The purpose of the job is to prepare and to deliver workshops for job hunting, develop relationships with key companies in the fashion and related industries, create and maintain a database to track and monitor alumni of Istituto Marangoni.
**Key purpose of the role
- To provide a placement service to Istituto Marangoni students collaborating with external companies in order to place the maximum number of students
- To represent the first contact for students
- To contribute to rise the interest in careers service department amongst students
- To monitor and prepare periodical reports (rates of placed students)
- To be a support of School departments as a member of the team (open days, academic requests. . )
- To manage the interviews with the students offering them support
- To contribute to the organization on promotional events like fashion show, degree shows
- To update regularly careers service's database
- To support the Careers Service & Industry Relation Manager in daily activities and strategic projects
**Skills**:
- proactive and organizational person
- open-minded
- good knowledge of excel
- the knowledge of Symplicity tool could be a plus
- curricular internships' management could be a plus
- professional level of English
