Cargo Operations ManagerRoleTo ensure, in compliance with the quality standards of service provided and the safety and security aspects defined centrally, the correct performance of cargo operationson the airports, in line with the reference legislation (eg EASA AIROPS, etc. )

and the Compliance Monitoring systemJob Description.

Guarantee the operational interface and coordination with the providers for contractual issues related to the provision of the service on domestic / international airports and measurement of performance related to the execution of the activity and compliance with contractual SLAs.

Guarantee the definition of the supply chain for service shipments (Company Material), coordination and interface with the company functions and providers involved in the logistics process of providing the distribution service.

Guarantee the correct performance of cargo operations in line with the reference legislation and company operating procedures and in compliance with Cargo Manual.

Guarantee, with regard to cargo operations, the achievement and maintenance of centrally established safety and security levels, also making use of the collaboration ofthe Procedures & Ground Safety, Security and Quality functions through planned and extraordinary inspection activities.

Ensure the implementation ofany corrective actions defined as a result of inspections or investigations in the cargo sector.

Ensure the fulfillment of regulatory controls(AIROPS), internal procedural and the implementation of any corrective actions identified Importante Azienda the auditing activities, giving visibility and feedback to the ComplianceMonitoring Manager and the Procedures & Ground Safety Manager

- Ensure coordination with the commercial area for the acquisition of new Ground customers and the implementation of new services for the charter cargo activity, ensuring the management of cargo charter planning and operational coordination on off-line ports.

Ensure the management of cost budgeting activities and reporting on quantities transported, service levels and costs.

Guarantee the management of the passive cargo cycle through the performance and the control of the fate compliance with the contractual conditions and monitoring of thecertification of the service on international cargo airports.

Ensure the supervision of cargo customs activities operated by providers (free warehouse, goods warehouses, NCTS community transit, customs charges for the sale of storage and attachment of goods on warehouses). Skils

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

- Experience in ramp activity and ground handling procedure (minimum 3 years )

- Weight and balance skills, specific certification (DGR, Pharma etc) is a plus

- Management and relationship skills

- Fluent English
