For our Branch in Katowice, Vilnius and Wroclaz we are searching for a

Carrier Management - International Road Freight (M/F/d)

Core activites:

- Management of subcontract relationships to support successful business delivery

- Point of contact for fixed carriers, including regular reviews and visits

- Negotiation with new carriers, including prospecting and cold calling, such as price negotiation and contract signing

- Track and trace carriers hauling customers' freight to ensure on-time performance

- Match quality carriers to customers' available freight at competitive pricing using internal and external market data

- Development of carrier relationships and contacts at multiple levels

- Identification and selling of additional products / services

- Knowledgeable of quality requirements of suppliers and customers

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in the Carrier Management or similar roles

- Experience in well-structured companies

- Good negotiation & organizational skills

- Teamplayer, open minded personality, with initiative and problem-solving competence

- Ability to prospect, sell and close new opportunities to potential carriers

- Good computer skills (MS-Office) with the ability to learn logistic software quickly

- Willing to travel to meet suppliers and company stakeholders in Europe

- Knowledge of one or more eastern languages (bulgarian, lithuanian, serbo-croatian, etc.

)
