Cash Collection Specialist

**Location: Rho (Milano), Metrostop **Rho Fiera

**Level: Associate level

**Languages required: Fluent Italian, good English

We are looking for a Cash Collection Specialist to join us as we continue to grow and deliver quality and innovative software products to our customers!

**What You Will Do

- Be responsible for the timely collection of accounts, managing, organizing and updating schedules

- Update and maintain customer data and information

- Effectively identify and resolve payment discrepancies

- Deal with customer complaints, disputes and queries in a timely and friendly manner

- Support administrative workflows, filing and processing credit notes, invoices, issuing receipts, refunds and bills

- Use excel to create and generate statements and reports

**Who You Are

- 1-2 years' experience in a collections department/customer service environment in a medium to large sized company

- Good understanding of administrative workflows

- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and software affinity.

We use Business Base, Exact and Infinity Octopus (training will be provided)

- Interest in financial regulations and data protection

- Ability to work to tight deadlines

- Good English language skills

- You enjoy working in a team, are proactive and can quickly adapt to change
