We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Zuma Capri as a Cashier**.

**As a Cashier you will be responsible for handling cash and credit card payments and ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.

This role will include late nights and weekends due to the nature of the role.

**Making it Happen as a ZUMA Cashier**:

- Accept cash, credit card, and other forms of payment and provide accurate change as needed

- Identify all the menu items and be able to match them on the system accordingly.

- Maintain cash register and ensure accuracy of cash drawer

- Prepare daily reports and reconcile cash and credit card transactions

- Make sure the daily cash up for both floors is correctly filled and any problem fixed before leaving

- Voucher issue

- Support in printing receipts or invoices, based on customer needs

- Make invoices when requested from guests

- Attend meetings and training sessions as required by the management team

- Be aware of restaurant and company standards, ensuring these are followed

- Be responsive to any guest's requests

- Inform managers of any complaints, comments, and perceived issues
