Job Summary: The Casino Content Writer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content across multiple platforms.

The role supports key departments such as CRM, VIP, SEO, and Player Support, ensuring all written content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate is a skilled writer with expertise in online casino terminology, promotions, and player engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities: CRM & VIP Content (Promotional & Retention-Focused) Write engaging promotional content for CRM campaigns, including emails, promo pages, and other channels.

Develop compelling copy for casino promotions, free spins incentives, deposit offers, loyalty rewards, tournaments, and game launches.

Create VIP-specific communications, including personalized messages for high-value players, exclusive offers, event invites, and retention campaigns.

Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure clear, impactful, and conversion-oriented campaign messaging.

Casino Blog & SEO Content Research and write high-ranking blog posts for the casino portal with SEO optimization and keyword integration.

Produce well-researched static page content for the SEO team on key casino topics, game guides, payment methods, and responsible gambling.

Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis to ensure content ranks well and attracts organic traffic.

Player Support Content & Brand Alignment Maintain a consistent tone for all helpdesk articles, FAQs, and support content to address player concerns effectively.

Craft Trustpilot responses, player support templates, and Discord ticket replies that reflect the brand's voice and enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate with the Player Support team to refine pre-written agent responses for clarity, professionalism, and engagement.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in iGaming content writing, specifically for online casinos.

Strong knowledge of casino promotions, bonus structures, and player engagement strategies.

Expertise in writing for diverse formats and audiences, including promotional emails, SEO-driven articles, and customer support messaging.
