What you'll do: You will join the team of Online Gaming reporting directly to Head of Casino. You will lead and manage casino product offerings according to the strategy and objectives across countries. You will lead the product enhancement ensuring the product meets customer and market needs, taking ownership of the product's entire lifecycle, ensuring up-to-date and competitive offerings. You will manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful product launches. You will define and prioritize product features and improvements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. You will monitor product performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in product offerings. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to promote products and enhance the user experience. You will be responsible for commercial negotiations with casino suppliers. You will have the opportunity to be involved in an international and dynamic environment and work closely with global group teams to collaborate on global product initiatives, sharing insights and strategies. What you'll bring: You bring at least 7 years of experience as Business Development / Online Product Manager or in a managerial role in top consulting firms (experience in the gaming industry is a plus). You hold a degree in Management, Engineering, Innovation, Technology, or a related field. You excel in task and time management, have strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of digital platforms and channels. You are fluent in both English and Italian, spoken and written. You have a strong functional and business-oriented background with a passion for technology, digital channels, and platforms. You stay curious and up-to-date with trends in the digital and gaming industries. You are skilled at interacting with different stakeholders, team leads, and management, comfortable working with top and mid-level management. Negotiation, data analysis, project management, governance/change management, and business modeling are mandatory skills.
