Cassina Sales Associate - Milan
Responsibilities: The Sales Associate will support the Store Sales Team for providing customers with all the requested information and advise them concerning acquisitions by ensuring an outstanding sales experience, developing the business.
The main goal is ensuring the best qualitative service to the customers who daily visit the Cassina Store in the Milan Design District.
The Sales Associate reports directly to the Cassina Durini Store Manager.
Main Activities: Meet and greet customers that come into the Store providing outstanding level of hospitality (selling ceremony); Development of new sales; Maintain strong relationships with existing customers; Provide support to the Store manager in implementing business development actions; Support in organising events, meeting etc; Support in the management of stock and inventory activities; Use the sales tool (CRM, quote/project registration, customers database).
Experience and Education: Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, other academic background will be evaluated; Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales management experience within the Design/Furniture industry.
Technical and Soft skills: Excellent skills in English, a second language will be appreciated; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive with strong sales predisposition, positive attitude and enthusiastic; Polite and customer oriented; Goal oriented; Team player.
