Responsibilities**:

The Cassina Sales Controller will be part of the Commercial area and will be responsible for analysing sales trends and constantly monitoring commercial KPI's according to different metrics.

The Sales Controller will directly report to the Global Commercial Director and will functionally report to the Planning & Controlling Manager.

**Main Activities**:

- Analyse sales and margins performances considering geographical areas, product categories, channels and promotions data;

- Provide support to the Commercial Director in preparing sales forecasts by market and model;

- Identify slow-movers and suggest initiatives to improve performances;

- Suggest methods to calculate the rotation of specific models;

- Analyse the orders backlog and support the logistic flow of invoicing and shipping;

- Propose solutions to improve internal digital procedures.

**Experience and Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration;

- +3 years' experience in the role;

- Previous experience in high - end furniture brands is preferred;

- Excellent knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel.

**Technical and Soft skills**:

- Good analytical skills;

- Accuracy, details - oriented and reliability;

- Solid Controlling and Accounting knowledge;

- Problem - solving skills;

- Ability to manage time and prioritize work;

- Good ability to manage relationships with different stakeholders;

- Oriented and proactive approach;

- Dynamic and flexible attitude;

- Ability to work independently;

- Fluent English.
