Descrizione del lavoro Le attività di cui la risorsa si occuperà sono: Accoglienza clienti dall'arrivo alla partenza Informa il cliente sulle condizioni di soggiorno, le formalità e i servizi dell'hotel Anticipa i bisogni del cliente e gestisce eventuali obiezioni e/o osservazioni presentando una soluzione nel minor tempo possibile Trasmette le informazioni necessarie agli altri reparti Gestione del centralino Gestione della cassa The activities the resource will take care of are: Customer reception from arrival to departure,  Informs the customer about the conditions of stay, formalities and services of the hotel Anticipates the customer's needs and manages any objections and/or observations by presenting a solution in the shortest time possible Transmits necessary information to other departments Switchboard management Cash management Qualifiche Diploma/laurea Italiano e Inglese fluenti, gradita la conoscenza di portoghese o spagnolo Esperienza  maturata nel ruolo in contesti alberghieri con elevati standard di servizio (hotels 4/5*, Relais & Chateaux) Orientamento al cliente, comunicazione, flessibilità e team working Diploma/degree Fluent Italian and English, knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is appreciated At least three years' experience gained in the role in hotel contexts with high standards of service (4/5* hotels, Relais & Chateaux) Customer orientation, communication, flexibility and team working Informazioni aggiuntive Contratto a tempo determinato da marzo a  novembre 2025 con possibilità di conferma per la stagione successiva CCNL Turismo.

L'inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all'esperienza Disponibilità full time Vitto e Alloggio Fixed-term contract from March to November 2025 with the possibility of confirmation for the following season CCNL Tourism.
