Job Description:Doctolib is looking for an Accounting Specialist based in Milan, to join its Finance team and work in close collaboration with the Accounting Shared Services Center team based in France.

You will report to the Local Finance Manager, based in Milan.

What you'll do: Your main mission will be to support the Local Finance Manager in daily operations.

You will be in charge of quality control financial operations for Doctolib in Italy.

This will include: control on the Italian books in IFRS, review of account documentation prepared by central teams, and lead all local Gaap activities.

You will also support operating activities such as Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables, ensuring correct allocation of postings and partially taking over some postings.

You will interact with Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Treasury teams in France.

You will be the key interface between the local teams and the Group's finance department in France.

Responsibilities include: Account reconciliationsReview of books in IFRSCentralize all non-recurring elements to be taken into account for monthly reporting and address them to the central GL Team for processingPrepare local tax filings under supervision of local finance managerCheck of VAT registers, detecting possible errors on books recordingsRelay Central AP department by collecting invoices, unblocking purchase documents and liaising with local internal stakeholdersPartially participate in Accounts Payables operationsSupplier invoices registration when requestedCentralize information related to billing non-recurring elements and liaise with the central billing departmentManage requests coming from Auditors related to documentation, clarifications and correctness of the booksWho you are: If you don't meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience, we still encourage you to apply!
