Analysis of activities so we can understand performance, better understand shopper behaviour and continually improve our digital executionRequisiti:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Information Systems or eBusiness

part of the 'categorie protette' according to the Italian Law 68/99

3+ years experience in eCommerce Department or in media agency or digital/web agency or digital department or driving a technology based start-up business

Experience in project management and agile ways of working

Experience in retail marketing in an eCommerce environment and a good understanding of Omni-channel shopper behavior

Very good understanding of technology and eCommerce, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications on web and mobile related solutions and environments (ability to think about consumer/shopper experience in that context)

Capacity to work in cross functional and agile approach

Strong attention to detail and respond to trends/data points

Excellent time management in a fast paced team environment

Curious and passionate about innovation
