For a leading multinational company in the automation field, we are looking for IT support (Categorie protette) for headquarters in the province of Modena.

The ICT Supporter will deliver IT services according to the service catalogue and provide technical support and assistance to internal employees using computer hardware, standard desktop applications, and software applications.

This position will be based in Modena, with monthly travel to Milan.

Responsibilities: First level support (on-location and/or via remote support) Installation, maintenance, and administration of PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices Installation, maintenance, and administration of peripherals Responsible for proper cabling, patching, and mounting of servers and network components Handles identity and access management Acceptance and resolution of hardware and software problems via the central ticket tool Dealing with user inquiries and proposed changes via the central incident management tool Document the resolution in the central knowledge database Cooperation in ICT projects Support in case of security, network, or server problems Provide extensive IT induction to new starters Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment Chase leavers' equipment including telephones, laptops, and other devices Qualifications: A proven IT know-how with IT support experience Experience with global service desk organizations and processes is helpful Understanding of the ITIL Framework or willingness to attend training Good knowledge of current Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Outlook, Teams, etc. )
