The trainee, working alongside the company tutor, will support the Toys and Home Category and Retail Managers in in the following activities:

Support in the administration of all internal documents, relevant to the operational plan. Support in the data collection phase with licensees, to facilitate the business planning process. With the direction of Category Managers, support the execution of new business development launches and develop research projects based on industry trends, competitors, business opportunities, threats and dynamics for the assigned category and key licensees/resellers. Be an active team player, bringing ideas, thinking outside the box to help toys and home business explore full potential.
