Provide analysis on new item introductions and their performance. Provide product/package mix analysis, insights of sales, pricing, opportunity gaps for incremental volume. Develop analysis to highlight merchandising effectiveness, which includes coolers, displays and consumer activations tracking. Develop regular internal and Retailer specific scorecards and trackers. Establish strategic plans for assigned Customer Teams and Red Bull departments. Lead the dialogue with Retailers to focus on Category growth opportunities. Encourage the customer business planning process by integrating strategic goals. Turn insights into actions by analyzing and building Category plans and identifying opportunities for Red Bull and our retailers. Identify and grasp business development opportunities internally wired with Marketing and Key Account departments. Provide leading edge Category Management solutions, using and understanding IRI syndicated scanning data, Household Panel data, market demographic data, customer sell-out data sharing, loyalty data, and systems used to produce the information for Category reviews. Create regularCategory reviews, plans and strategies with Retailer partners. Define action plans based on ideal merchandising guidelines and multiple placement opportunities. Manage Red Bull POS assets and coordinate perfect in-store execution in sync with the Sell Out Team.
