Our Client is looking for a brilliant Category Manager, fluent in English, with technical and functional experience in areas such as:

Developing relevant and compelling Category Vision and local story; Implementing of Category Management projects, processes and analysis; Developing of customer

- or channel-specific optimization/proposals and consulting concepts with regard to assortment, placement on the basis of identified potentials; Conducting category reviews and discussions about customer growth opportunities; Business Partnering Key Account Managers to agree and drive bold actions per customer providing recommendation in terms ofassortment, promotions, placement; Close work and collaborate with the international category community; Acting as an external and internal partner for all questions about the category, interpreting the shopper insights gained, identifying potential and deiving appropriate recommendations.

Skill profile:

A Bachelor or Master degree in business or marketing; Proven communication and presentation skills to a variety of audiences; Ability to engage customers and function as a team player and project leader; Strong sales experience from field management and/ or customer management Analytical acumen with ability to analyze data and facts to generate actionable insights, being translated into relevant strategies and initiatives; Good understanding of FMCG context and retail/ online landscape; Technical and functional experience in areas such as:

Customer Marketing, , Field/ Retail Sales Management, Shopper Insights, Digital.
