OpportunityWe are looking for a Category Specialist Indirects. . Objective of the position is to source and purchase services and non-direct materials.

This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Your responsibilities will be:Supporting the Category Leader Indirects, assume global responsibility of Indirect Procurement for Evoca Group. Manage and reduce total cost of ownership and increase value contribution of indirects to the Evoca BusinessShared with internal clients, establish pricing and conditions, support risk management, sustainability initiatives, contract management, vendor relationships for the indirects categoryIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilitiesConduct market research to identify trends and new sourcing opportunitiesEnable and manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuanceTo be successful in this role you'll need to have:Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fieldsCommercial mindset3-5 years of work experience in ProcurementExperience analysing internal clients' needs and external offers, restating and synthesizing these to enable clear comparisonFirst successes in business partnering and negotiation Strong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent, but not perfect, in English and ItalianWell versed and ready to learn more in efficiency applications (e. g. , MS Office) and ERP systemsNice to have:Experience in indirect procurement, preferably in Information Technology, Logistics, Facilities, Marketing industrial capex and MROAppliances Manufacturing experienceProficiency in procurement tools and softwarePrevious experience in structured manufacturing companiesWhat we offer:Permanent, Full time contractBenefits: competitive reward system, smart working, company canteenWorkplace: Valbrembo (BG).
