Job Description The Customer Care Coordinator manages and coordinates the daily activities related to after-sales and customer support, both internal and external, ensuring the achievement of the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ensures the correct provision of corporate services (e. g.
cards, vouchers, etc.
), consistent with internal policies and in compliance with what has been agreed and contractually defined with customers.
Acts reactively and proactively with a view to optimizing business processes and communications between departments.
Manage and coordinate all the activities related to the after-sales process and guide the team towards the achievement of the objectives set.
Key Responsibilities Supports training activities Coordinates and engages people in achieving objectives Identifies areas for individual and team improvement Plans the team's daily activities Customer registration control (SME as large enterprise) in the management carried out by its employees (Customer Care Agent) Properly supervises the configuration of customers within the company management Control over the storage processes of commercial contracts signed by the sales force Supervises the correct delivery of customer orders Maintaining contacts with external suppliers and checking the status of services activation and ticket/cards supply Supervision of the quality of the service and feedback provided by Customer Care Agents to clients Inventory control to activate orders to suppliers Support to customers about the use of the company platform regarding the loading and request for activation of services/orders Reception and control of tender documents, collaborating with BU purchases and quality Minimum Requirements Must have the knowledge of the EN 18795 Must have the ability to interface profitably with all stakeholders (internal and external) Must have a good knowledge of English Must have experience in structured companies active in the Parcel and mail world Preferred Skills Proactive orientation towards customers Problem-solving Teamwork Adaptability Excellent communication People management Spirit of innovation Team spirit Service-minded Orientation to the result Organizational skills
